Bootcamps in Devon & Cornwall – starting July 2022

#Train4Tomorrow offers free, high quality, digital and technical training to self-employed, employed and unemployed adults. The training is designed by industry to meet their open and live vacancies. The Digital and Technical Skills Bootcamps are flexible courses, up to 16 weeks; giving people the opportunity to build up specific-sector skills and fast-track to an interview with a local employer.

The programme, funded through the National Skills Fund, includes different Digital and Technical Skills Bootcamps that have been designed to help local people advance or pivot their skills into growing sectors.

             

With different #Train4Tomorrow Skills Bootcamps to choose from, there are opportunities to move into cyber, data science, software, digital marketing, IT, welding, photonics, engineering, construction, agri tech, or electrical installation. The options cover a wide variety of in-demand skills.

The training is completely free to individuals, and everyone completing the Skills Bootcamp is matched with an interview opportunity.

We are in the midst of a digital and technical skills revolution and in order to benefit our communities and local industry, #Train4Tomorrow encourages inclusion and diversity. We are actively looking to raise awareness and encourage participation from individuals who may previously have faced barriers moving into digital or technical careers. #Train4Tomorrow encourages everyone to empower themselves with digital and technical skills that enable people to advance in (or switch to) the jobs of tomorrow.

For Employers

Our #Train4Tomorrow digital and technical skills bootcamps have been co-designed with employers across the region to ensure they represent the needs of industry. As a result, recruiting from the Bootcamp graduates will give you access to industry-ready talent at little cost.
