The Careers & Enterprise Company and the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) have partnered to undertake new research to better understand how employers engage with schools.
From this research, they have created a compendium of case studies, published alongside a practical guide for employers who want to engage with schools.

We hear so many fantastic stories of the impact Enterprise Advisers are having by supporting their school or college to prepare and inspire their students for the world of work. To reach every school and college across our region, we need more people to join us on our mission and we are, therefore, asking you to help us find people who would make great Enterprise Advisers.
We’d love to see you talking to your colleagues, business connections and friends and family about the role that you do; the value that it brings to you and the young people who ultimately benefit; and to act as an ambassador to encourage more people to step forward.
