Being an Enterprise Adviser is a great way of developing your skills whilst getting young people excited about your industry. It’s also a great way to raise awareness of your business in the local community.

Working with a local school or college, your role as an Enterprise Adviser can help support pathways into your industry and shape young people’s futures. You can use your skills, business experience and networks to help them to develop a strong careers programme that supports ALL students.

You can help bridge the gap between the world of work and education, working with the Careers Leader and wider senior leaders of the school or college to create opportunities for young people.
